The Impact of The Effectiveness of Knowledge Management in Improving The Quality of Education From The Point of View of Teachers in Educational Institutions in Jordan

The current study aimed to identify the role of knowledge management in improving the quality of education from the point of view of teachers in educational institutions in Jordan. To achieve the objectives of the current study, the descriptive analytical method was used to suit the type of study, where a questionnaire was developed to collect data from a sample that was chosen randomly. From the study population consisting of teachers in educational institutions in Jordan, with a sample of (1000) male and female teachers, where the questionnaire was sent and applied electronically, and (762) questionnaires were retrieved, meaning (76.2%) of the total study sample, all of which are suitable for analysis purposes. The results of the study showed a statistically significant impact of knowledge management in its dimensions (knowledge generation, knowledge acquisition, knowledge sharing, knowledge application) from the point of view of teachers in educational institutions in Jordan. The study also recommended the necessity of preparing training programs to develop knowledge management in Educational institutions to improve the quality of education in Jordan.
