Publication Charges

Article Processing Charges (APC)

To support the cost of editorial workflow, online hosting, indexing, and long-term preservation of published articles, the Journal of Carcinogenesis (JOC) applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) for accepted manuscripts. The APC is payable only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication following peer review. No submission charges are applied.

APC Structure (Revised as of 1st September 2025)

Indian Authors: USD 500

International Authors (except Saudi Arabia): USD 1000

Saudi Authors: USD 1200

Mode of Payment

Authors will receive payment instructions along with the acceptance notification. Payments can be made via bank transfer or other standard international payment modes.

Waivers and Discounts

The journal offers partial waivers on APCs for authors with multiple submissions, and in special cases upon editorial board approval. Waiver requests must be submitted at the time of acceptance.
